Thermo Cool Mechanical

After many unsuccessful calls to other companies, I made an emergency call on a sunday night and Pina and Angela are really nice & helpful. I am truly taken back on how kind they are on a sunday night!! They immediately helped to dispatch Josh who comes within an hour. Josh tried his best to help fix the unit but at the end, it was confirmed that there was a leak in the unit and a bench test was required. I told Angela that i would prefer a new unit ASAP as it happens to be the hottest days in Toronto so far. She was really helpful and get me a new unit the next morning.

I also need to write a good note about the technician Josh who comes in to do the job this morning. Not only is he professional, he is trying to finish his job on time, he takes the time to explain to us how to maintain and protect the unit. He is very knowledgeable and honest. This is a great company that i will highly recommend

One thing to note is that many companies doesn't service condo heat pumps so you have to get to the experts and thermo cool is one of the them.
