Moving

While our initial experience with You Move Me was not what we expected, any concerns we had were dealt with appropriately and quickly. I'd recommend them based on the time and care they take when caring for their customers.

Moving

I wrote a review before but seems to not have appeared. I can in all honesty say that I can't recommend You Move Me. They showed up on time, so we were hopeful, however, during the morning process in the first house they ruined our carpets that we cleaned to move out. While the moves were packing the boxes into the truck they said inappropriate things in front of my wife and young daughter, some sexual things as well. The things they said made my wife and daughter feel uncomfortable, especially with how one of the men was looking at both of them. We overheard them talking about my wife and daughter as if they were wanting to "hit on them", one man clearly said "but she is married dude". I feel this is very unprofessional and disrespful. Once the moves got to the new place, they unpacked our things into the house, not following direction on where things should go very well and very rough with most of the things. I was hopeful of You Move Me from the initial quote as the man who quoted us seemed respectful and kind. After our experience I can honestly say I will never recommend You Move Me to anyone.
