Drew, Frank and Andrew arrived with coffee/tea in hand for us to move my Dad from one retirement residence to another in the lower mainland. They were all efficient, polite and friendly to us and all other staff and residents in the retirement residence while they navigated the hall and elevator to carefully remove everything out and into Dad's new home. As it was raining during unloading, they laid floor mats to protect the newly-cleaned carpet and the guys inside even took off their shoes while others outside handed them boxes through the ground level patio door. Team-work was definitely evident throughout the day and no time was wasted in carefully wrapping/unwrapping the protective coverings on furniture and breakable items and taking the packaging away. Thank you for making this move as smooth as possible!
