Had 2 great prior moves - Not this time though! (UPDATED June 7/17)
So very disappointed. None of the courtesies of the previous moves. This one was a nightmare, starting with a bait & switch, ending with damages, carelessness towards my possessions, and now, no one will even return my calls. I have repeatedly referred this company to others, but that will no longer be the case. These guys had an excuse for every damage, never offered even a simple apology, and couldn't get out fast enough when I started to identify my concerns. Here a photo of one of the lesser issues - a wardrobe box that arrived so smashed that it took 2 men to open it to extract the clothing!
UPDATE - June 7/17 - The company contacted me & listened to my concerns. The local sales manager who responded was very receptive to my feedback. What is done is done, but I feel they responded in good faith and promptly took steps to remedy the issues I identified. As I mentioned, this was not typical of my experiences with this company and I am satisfied that they remain dedicated to good customer service. I have amended my rating due to their diligence in terms of following-up & their willingness to work with me to find an acceptable resolution. Thank you for your time & efforts Bob!
