Purchased hardware to install on my small business’ front door. Due to the nature of our residential building, we need to rely on the ability to open our front door remotely
The product works 50% if the time as their server goes down for up to 2 days at a time. We contact support and they acknowledge service disruption. There is nothing we can do except wait. Support after 4pm or on weekends is not available.
I have financial damages as a result of lost business and reputation. Don’t buy this garbage. The company should be reported.
