This product has changed the way we do things in our kitchen. No more bending and dragging things out to reach what is in back of the cupboard. It was money well spent. Joseph came with an installer and they spent a great deal of time learning just exactly what issues we had to contend with in our kitchen. They were very accommodating and discussed budget with our financial restraints in mind. They designed to fit our space and problems. They measured carefully, actually twice before they installed. The installation went well, and my wife continually shakes her head and wonders why we hadn't done something like it earlier. As a result of her health difficulties, fatigue used to often make it difficult to grab that heavy pot, or the blender at the back, or ... (the list was long). On the drawers and cupboard spaces we had customized, that just doesn't happen any more. Our dreaded corner cupboard now makes it very easy to access everything in it. And, as a bonus, it really keeps that space well organized. We are counting pennies and hope to call Joseph in the not too distant future to come work on our pantry.
