It was Friday at 5 p.m. the tub faucet was broken. I called Auburn Plumbing and talked to Danny. He said he could come. Danny was professional, prompt, and detail-oriented. He let me know what he was doing so I could understand the process and scope of repairs. The amount charged was very fair and I would not hesitate to call Danny again in future.

Danny came on such short notice since our kitchen faucet had snapped off and no longer functioned. He was there within hours. He then came again and spent entire day sorting out bathroom issues, replacing major components and repairing additional issues and extra cost. We had him in once before to inspect something for us, he told us there was no issue and did not charge us anything for visit. Do I sound thrilled? Uh yeah! I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you so so much. Also cleaned up, removed debris and did awesome job!!!

Thank you Danny for your work on the leak in the ceiling of our kitchen! From start to finish Danny was prompt, reliable and professional. He found the source of the leak very quickly and was available within the following few days to repair it. He communicated with us about exactly what he would be doing and there were no extra surprise costs. Danny inspires confidence. He is clearly very experienced and is very good at explaining the problem, the solution and the options so that one can really understand what he is doing. He does not cut corners and he charges a fair price. Three years ago he helped me out on a weekend for a plumbing emergency. I tracked him down again because I was so impressed then ... I am pleased that I did. Great plumber!

I chose Danny to fix our kitchen faucet based on the reviews and my conversation with him. He was very open and frank about what issues I could encounter and the additional costs that could result. Everything was cleaned up once he was done. I would definitely use his services again.

I've had Danny from Auburn visit my home a few times for plumbing related repairs. Most recently March 16, 2019. Danny is so easy to deal with. Aside from the fact Danny is experienced, knows what he's doing and is reasonably priced, the thing I appreciate most about dealing with him is the way he treats customers. Unlike so many other contractors that lack basic customer service skills, Danny is exceptional. He shows up when he says he will, and is respectful of your time and home. He has also saved me money by advising me not to do certain unnecessary work, that he himself would have benefited monetarily from. I'll always call Danny when needed in the future.

I would highly recommend Danny as a plumber. My wife and I decided to redo our washroom, taking out the old vanity and replacing it with an antique desk with a vessel sink on top. Danny diligently routed the pipes through openings in the desk and secured the vessel sink on top. One thing where Danny went above and beyond was when he realized that a part we had bought for the drain was the wrong part. It turned out that we instead needed a very specific part that was hard to find. Danny took it upon himself to go all over Toronto in search of this part, which delayed the work by a couple of hours. Even so, he kindly didn't charge us for these extra efforts. I think that epitomizes the type of plumber and generous person he is.
