The owner was very accommodating. I explained that the windows weren't installed as of yet and he told me to inform him when they were. When I did his installer came that day earlier than I expected.
Very friendly when came to take the measurements. I think it was either the next day or the day after I had my quote. I told him yes I wanted them done. I think it was about a week later when I messaged him because I forgot the time-line for the install. He messaged me back and said they were ready and could the installer come Thursday between 2-3 of course I said yes. So they were installed on the 22nd of December just before Christmas.

I had received 2 quotes from different companies prior to coming to Window Blinds Direct, mainly as a sanity test. Michael turned out to be so easy to deal with, and Charles such a professional - we ended up going with them instead. They are communicative, easy to reach for any questions, reasonably priced, and short lists choices for you (provides prescriptive guidance) so that you are not faced with too many options.
