After looking around and reaching out to four companies, only Window Blinds Direct followed up. Right from the first conversation with Michael, we knew we were dealing with someone who takes pride in the company he represents.

We couldn't believe the price but Michael didn't pressure us when we informed him that we just wanted to hear back from the others ... only one of the others got back to us and were nearly double the price. With the savings in the window coverings, we also ended up motorizing 5 of the 13 windows and still were

Michael walked us through the steps and timelines, and Window Blinds Direct delivered as scheduled. Charles' attitude during the installation just confirmed the quality and service to expect:
(1) when one of the blinds didn't line up correctly, he took it back to have it corrected back at the shop,
(2) took the time to explain how to install as we order additional blinds for another place, and
(3) had me install one to be sure that I knew how it was done.

I definitely would recommend Window Blinds Direct to any looking to replace or upgrade their window treatments.

Very happy with the follow-up service received from Blinds Direct after the brackets for the blinds they originally installed a couple years ago were recently damaged by the contractor who did repair work at my house after a water leak. Michael and his team were able to re-size and re-install the blinds and I'm so grateful they were able to do this and save my beautiful blinds from Blinds Direct. Easy to communicate with and quick follow through with services. Thank you again!

Their suggestion to get the motors for the shades in the living room was a good suggestion as the windows are very Large
