We were very pleased with the entire process from booking our appointment, e-mail confirmation, phone confirmation the day of the appointment, and the service call. Dave was highly professional and personable, not to mention clean! He made us aware of other services available but wasn't at all pushy. We will definitely use Modern PurAir again and will recommend to others!

David called to confirm his arrival time which I appreciated. He explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. The cleaning equipment was modern and clean. Overall, I was happy with the service.

I had these guys out to my house and my rental property to clean the furnaces and the vents. Both time they were very professional and super nice. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were quick but thorough and even showed me places were i could save money. I was very impressed. I will be using them again.

I had seen the groupon for this service but hesitated on it as we were doing reno's at the time. Once I had talked with that contractor I about approx completion I went back on Groupon the next day and it was already removed. I emailed Modern Purair to see in the off chance that they would still honour that Groupon price thinking my chances were slim to none. Without hesitation they did honour the price which impressed me immensely right off. Rod had called the night before to confirm the appointment and time and showed up exactly when he said he would. He acted very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. He showed me once he was finished what was all vacuumed up etc. I'm not sure if it's typically standard practice to show the before and after pictures but I didn't get those. Would have been nice to see but I still would not hesitate to book thru Modern Purair again in the future. LOVED the groupon idea as it puts a reminder to have this service done and not such a grueling price!! Received a "thank you" card as a follow up from Rod. Thanks for a job well done!!

Excellent price through Groupon. Usually these services are ridiculously expensive. Work was done professionally and quickly. The service man was very friendly and courteous. I don't have anything else to say but the weird rating system demands I keep typing, so this is a throw-away line!
