Does not stand behind his work
Jason did our backyard and around our pool in the fall of 2019. We are happy with the pavers but what he did to our pool is unacceptable. We contacted Jason right away to get get the mortar around our pool fixed as it was a messy finish. He agreed and sent his guys to fix it. Well, what a mistake that was. They did not care what they dropped in the pool and left the mortar looking even worse than what it was. Again, we contacted Jason, who said he will fix it again. He came out and had a look at it, agreed it needed to fixed but he has not returned. We have been repeating trying to reach him, via email, text and leaving messages for him. He has not yet returned our calls nor has he returned to fix the mess he made of our pool. I DO NOT recommend him as he does not stand behind his work.
The pictures I have included are just around the stairs, the area you see as you get out of the pool. It looks terrible. We are so embarrassed when we have company over.
The deep end is a mess as well because Jason finished our pool when it was snowing out so the mortar did not set properly.
Stay away from him - he talks the big business talk but when you want his work fixed, he doesn't like that.
Jason was paid very well for his work but we are not happy with how he has left our pool.

Hi Debbie,We are sorry your experience is not the best and that you're having some issues with your job. As mentioned the liner pulling down the pool track is common and the direct issue to the chipped and cracked mortar and we could provide a paid replacement but feel that it would happen again as it is common with pools.
Regardless we hope that you contact us should anything inside of the warranty come present regardless of the warranty being out of date.
