We had our insulation upgraded to R60 by Expert Insulation. Chris took the time to review our options with us including the pros and cons of different insulation types as well as inspect our attic. His price quote was very competitive, including some misc baffle repairs and he helped us apply for the government rebates. The crew that did the work did a good job and left things very clean. EIC Contracting completed a main floor full renovation project for a rental property (new kitchen/bathroom/flooring/removing walls/changed floor plans/etc). I called Chris to get a ballpark quote and he gave me one right over the phone. Most companies won't do that, and it made me feel comfortable having them over to do a proper quote. Chris came over the same day I called and had his team by 3 days later to do the installation.
They said it would take about two hours, but only took one and a half.
Very satisfied with the service and would certainly recommend them.

My husband and I want to comment our very favorable experience with your company. Chris came to our house in April to provide us with an estimate for adding insulation in our attic.
He checked our attic and advised us that we needed quite a bit especially around the perimeter and even showed pictures where insulation didn't exist.

My bathroom was old and dated! Had a few different contractors in to quote. Chris was by far the most professional and detailed. His emailed quote was thorough and easy to read. He made fantastic suggestions for shower size and style. To maximize room in bathroom he ordered custom cabinets and suggested putting in a barn door!! I still smile when I see the finished project.

We hired Expert Insulation for an extensive renovation. The work included insulationg the attic, garage and an additon to the house; new roof and eavestroughs; extensive remodeling of the kitchen and living room involving lots of electrical and plumbing. The work was done promptly and all estimates were clearly itemized. Chris , the owner, is helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely do business with Chris again.

So easy to work with Chris and Adam. Calm, kind, not rushing to get out. Took pictures up on the attic. Asked if I wanted to go up and see. Took time to explain. Cleaned up after, protected the wall corners so as not to rub the corners. Awesome guys. Did the neighbors as well. Mike is happy too.
