Great service, and on time to the minute. Super easy to deal with, and was more than willing to work around my schedule. Would recommend Chris and his crew to anyone thinking of adding insulation to their attics.

We contacted Chris after we had some issues with our attic and skylight. I requested a quote and Chris came the next day. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the finished product. It looks great and will keep us warm through the winter.

They arrived the day after I called for a quote. Dean and Adam were great at what they do! They even found a screw up of our builder and corrected it.

Chris was very patient in troubleshooting a number of issues I had with a bad renovation. Very professional and everything was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend him to everyone.

Small bump up to R60 in our flat attic. 18 bales of poly sprayed in. Took less than an hour. Friendly staff. Great communication. After 8 years our insulation had packed down a bit. Check yours and get these guys out!

I contacted Chris on a Monday morning before Christmas because I had noticed a leak from our ceiling the day before. I was in panic mode because we had just had our roof done the month before (a $6500 job) but upon inspection, there was snow and huge icicles in our attic. Chris was prompt at returning my call and listening to my concerns. Even though he was quite busy, he was able to come out that day and investigate the problem. He explained the issues in layman's terms and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. He had a crew out the next day to complete the job. They were very courteous, efficient, and clean. They finished the job quickly, mindful that I was in the house with a newborn... it was really appreciated! Payment was incredibly easy via e-transfer - it was nice not to have to go into pay. Although spending renovation money on insulation isn't as fun as putting in new hardwood or a fireplace, I am glad the problem was resolved quickly and our insulation is far more energy efficient- we went from about an R15-20 to R60! I would totally recommend this company if you need your attic insulated. I first contacted Chris at the beginning of November looking for a quote. He was the cheapest quote that I ended up receiving. Yesterday I found out what my Christmas bonus was through work so I contacted Chris to see if the quote still stood. He said it did and that they could come that afternoon to insulate my attic. Every time I have spoken with Chris he has always been very kind.

My Grandma was at the house when the crew got to there. She said they put runners down through the house and caps on the corners of the walls to protect them from the hose even though the hose was plastic. She said the crew was very nice, they cleaned up all of their mess and were fast.

When I received my final invoice it was the exact same as what my quote was, no surprises or unexpected costs.

I am very happy with this company and will definitely be using them again if I need anything else insulated and I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I just had my attic and garage insulation upgraded to R60. I checked out companies on the Better Business Bureau web site where I found Expert Insulation Contracting Ltd. with an A+ rating and they give free estimates.

I contacted Chris, the owner, and we made arrangements for Adam to come out and do an inspection and take pictures. Adam was very professional and courteous and he answered all of my questions. Chris gave me a quote the next day and it was much lower than I had expected. We made arrangements for the work to be done and the crew arrived promptly. They were very respectful of my house. They laid tarps on the floors, put edge guards on railing corners and wall corners to protect them from the installation hose and were very careful not to damage anything while they did their work. When they had finished upgrading the insulation they had me take a look at it and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Then they did a thorough clean up of the areas.

I am greatly impressed with this company's workmanship, professionalism and excellent customer service, and I don't impress easily.

Professional, Prompt and Polite - Great Service at a reasonable price - Quick turnaround between inspection, quote and getting the job done. What more could you ask for? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring insulation.

Chris and his team were very efficient and professional. I reached out to Chris on Thursday about needing to get my insulation upgraded as well as having some venting completed. By Friday morning we had set up a date and time for them to come complete the insulation portion, which they completed on Sunday at no extra charge. Then they finished the venting on the Tuesday right after the insulation was done.

The invoice was sent to me after the job was completed, and was exactly as quoted, which is always nice to see as well as the fair price that was given in the first place.

The crew that arrived were on time, and were completed the job in just over an hour. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience and would be recommending them to anyone with insulation and ventilation needs in the future.

This was an upgrade to an attic that had only R20. No idea how housecould have gone 20 years+ and four owners and still passed code and inspections. Anyway, it's now R60 and will be much cozier.
