I bought a sump-pump and had the hole dug for the installation. I hired Plutone Plumbing to complete some plumbing work in my basement and install the sump-pump. Ray accepted the job with no concerns or issues. I withheld 10% of the payment pending his work passed inspection with the City of Brampton. Plutone Plumbing completed the job in 3 days but were supposed to return 3 or 4 days later to do some alterations. They never did.
I was not satisfied with the work and had it reviewed by 3 other plumbing companies. They all advised me that the sump-pump installation would not pass inspection and that I should take Plutone Plumbing to court. I spoke with Ray regarding my findings. Suddenly, he brought up the remaining balance of 10% and complaints with the sump-pump never before mentioned. I became upset and challenged his complaints. Ray chuckled. I sent him a text message, giving him a deadline to properly install the sump-pump. He did not show up.
Eventually, I had to hire another plumbing company, at a cost of $2825.00
to undo the work of Plutone Plumbing and properly install the sump-pump. This was truly the WORST experience I have had with a company that is certified.

Ray installed my bath drain in the wrong place, didn't finish off the valves and other pieces, and pressured me to pay ASAP. I shouldn't have paid... after many visits by other professionals, everyone has said the same thing: plumbing was done WRONG and needs to be redone. When I politely asked him to at least fix the error he demanded MORE money, and ultimately hung up the phone on me. This is costing me thousands of dollars and many months of stress without a bathroom.

I hired Ray and his team to come and install a new laundry cabinet and shower faucet; he arrived on time and explained to me how he will move the copper piping and the PVC drain so he wont cut to much of the cabinet to make fit, also he provided us information on how he will change the shower valve and install the shower faucet and most important how the work will look at the end since we didn't want to damage tiles or drywall. I am very satisfied the professional service I received and I won't hesitate to call him back if I need it

Ray was hired to do rough plumbing and drain in the basement area to add 2 bathrooms. We are very disappointed by his service. Ray did not come back to fix a misplaced toilet drain despite promising to do so. Wasted our time and money as we waited full week and he did not show up or respond us back.
Overall poor service and does not value his profession and costumers. On top of the lack of responsibility, it was evident that he had no patience to do the job right and wanted it to finish as quickly as possible and cash out. He used 1.5 inch drain instead of 2 inches, while it is generally recommended to use a 2 inch pipe, so he took advantage of us not knowing the ideal size. He used a grinder to cut a drywall causing a lots of dust in a furnished house, which was close to the furnace and could cause serious damage to the furnace itself.

Ray did an amazing job fixing the low water pressure with new piping and a pump. It was done quickly and efficiently. I also needed my washer set up and it went smoothly with a nice laundry box setup. Great work!

Ray and his team were amazing. He was very polite and thoughtful about our plumbing renovation needs. The work was done very professionally and right on schedule. All our questions were answered.
It was nice to receive phone calls and texts back promptly. We also felt his pricing was very fair as we had many quotes.

The were very efficient! I appreciated their prompt reply to my questions, and confirming appointment. They gave me advance notice of their arrival. They were courteous. They did not wear their outside shoes in my home. They worked quickly and throughly. Got the jobs done to my satisfaction and the price was excellent. Would highly recommend.
