San Juan Building and Contracting

My house was built in 1955 and wasn't without a few challenges for Milton, Billy and crew. There were some bumps but they worked very hard and truly bent over backwards to resolve any issues. They always got back to me promptly when I had questions.
The main floor of my house was completely renovated - new floors, ceilings, kitchen, bathroom, and upgrades to existing bedrooms. There was also some basement renovating. Walls were opened up and rooms knocked down. I don't think my 60 year old house had 1 straight wall. It was quite challenging, especially for Billy (who did most of the finishing work) to fit new door jabs and trim onto any original work, but he did a great job and he did it all with a sense of humor. They really wanted me to be happy with the results.
I would not hesitate to recommend San Juan Building - they are actually a family business. Even Milton's mom and sisters were involved. Billy is Milton's brother. Great people and great work. Couldn't be happier.
