Igne Ferro Fireplace Studio

We recently had our fireplace renovated and modernized. We were pleased with the process from beginning to end and are very happy with the final result ... and I am by no means an easy customer. From the moment we met David and his crew, we felt very comfortable with their knowledge, professionalism and creative ideas. They were always punctual, got the job done on time and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Guy and the crew were very considerate of the rest of the house and took great steps to protect the surrounding wood floor. The quality of their work was superb. When we changed our mind on the type of stone we picked, David did everything he could to help us get another stone and his crew came quickly to redo the mantel even though they had other bigger jobs waiting. They always made us feel like a priority. Great work and a great company. I would highly recommend their services.

The team at Igne Ferro was excellent in every way. They looked after design and installation of two fireplaces in our home. The quality of the work did was excellent. Both fireplaces are the centrepieces of both rooms - and both look exceptional. Anyone can sell and install a fireplace, but it takes great skill to make a design really work with the existing room and surroundings. Their design team took our initial plans to simply convert old traditional wood burning fireplaces to the next level. They ended up installing 2 new fireplaces - but they also designed the surrounding area and all the stonework around the fireplace and we ended up with something really awesome looking. Everyone that comes to our house raves about how great the rooms look now. Lastly, their installation team was quick and very conscious, and they made a serious effort to keep the disruption in our house to a minimum during construction, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day.

I unreservedly recommend Igne Ferro. they provided us with a replacement gas fire log set and installed it. I am a particular and demanding customer, but they handled all of my questions, concern and needs. The job they did was perfect. One element was a real challenge. They provided and installed a stone insert for the fireplace to minimize the heat reflection so that the log set electronics would not heat up too much. The man who installed the stone did a PERFECT job of cutting and attaching the stone so that it looks seamless. There were a lot of do angles but he still persevered and make sure it was perfect.
Also worth mentioning is that all of the advice that we got about what to buy and how to avoid problems was excellent. It has all proven out to be correct advice.
Lastly the office was very attentive to all of my (many) inquiries.

I am very happy with the services they provided. They were very professional. Our family room was very cold and we rarely used it. Now after the installation of the gas fireplace we are there all the time. I would highly recommend Igne Ferro.
