They were very responsive. They were able to come to the house to provide a very reasonable quote within 2 days of contacting them and were able to complete the job shortly thereafter. While in the home they were respectful (this work was done during COVID), professional, informative and clean. Although it will be hidden by new flooring, their work looks great, and the final invoice came in less than their original quote.
