Really nice guy. Had all the good gadgets to give us an overview of the house but a couple smaller items were missed. He hit on all the major points on the house but didn't get as detailed as I would have liked as I'm quite picky. Overall a decent experience though

Thank you for the positive comments. We do not specify each and every paint scratch or drywall ding, we make comments regarding the general condition of the interior finishes. The important items were covered and the general condition of the critical items was reported on. Congratulations on your new home!
