We noticed that our furnace fan stopped running and the house was getting cold. I phoned Direct Energy and they sent a technician to our home in the time slot they arranged for us. Fortunately, we have the Protection Plan and it covered the cost of the service call and the part. The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous
