Pronto Movers

Have never encountered so rude and disrespectful movers like with Pronto Movers, Ottawa. They did not listen to any direction, furniture was scratched and wet because they did not wrap it and just put inside a truck which had snow on the floor. One of the movers, Arab named Mohammed, was very disrespectful, insulting my wife and almost physically pushing her. In the end they tried to extort more money and kept our furniture in the truck, until we pay them. I would recommend NEVER using this company.
