We entered the Eurolux showroom after entering many kitchen showrooms in search of the highest quality products that were appealing to us as well as service to match. The owner took his time to show us around and discuss the pros and cons of each option he had based on our requirements. What struck us was not only his in depth knowledge of the products, but also pros and cons of there use when using them once the kitchen is installed. This earned our trust as we felt we were getting real life honest guidance, not a sales pitch. What struck us next was his passion for the products and how obviously genuinely important it was for him to ensure that we would look back and be more than satisfied with the product and service. Well the fact that we have gone back 3 times speaks for itself. The first kitchen was installed over 3 years ago and it still looks and functions as if it was installed yesterday. They took their time to ensure the install was perfect and were always available to answer the many many questions we had. Highly recommended. Absolute wonderful company to work with for something that meant a lot to us.

The final product was great but customer service was lacking when there was delays. Lack or poor communication made the experience very frustrating. Overall it was good and we are now happy but will not do this again.
