I asked Julio of OIES to come out and do an estimate and mold test, and he seemed very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Of the 3 contractors I had an estimate from, OIES gave me the best feeling. The did the work during a week in March, and Julio's team worked hard and carefully. I was able to work concurrently on other attic upgrades and they even assisted me for part of it. I am very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again.
