Kingsway Electric

Kingsway electric was great for me, they did what I asked with no problems and when there was an issue for the job they had to perform they explained to me with patients why they could not accomplish what I wanted. But instead they found a solution and a better one I mite add to the task at hand. Also they pointed out a danger spot I had over looked for years. (Thank you for that). They will be returning.

The power went out in a bathroom and bedroom and we were unable to restore the power using methods that worked before. We contacted Kingsway Electric and a technician came to our condo on the same day. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the gfi receptacle whose failure caused the problem, and fixed the wiring problem that had knocked out power in the bedroom when the gfi tripped.
He advised us in advance that there would be a minimum charge of one hour. I was happy to for one hour, even though the work was completed in 30 minutes, because he had to make a one hour round trip to attend to a relatively minor issue.
