I had a couple of estimates for the windows before choosing Vinyl City. Their price was a bit higher; however, I decided to pay a bit more for the quality product. I was not disappointed!!! The product, installation and timing were perfect. All the conditions stipulated in the contract were met. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Excellent experience with this company. I called late on Friday, didn't expect them to get out to me till Monday or Tuesday, which would have been fine, but they came within an hour of my initial call. Jack was awesome, super nice guy and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained where the problem was, talked me through the process, which was very quick. When the door was installed I got a warranty which I didn't even expect and was told what problems to look for in the future. Price was reasonable. Very satisfied
