We had been having issues with the furnace installed in our house since we bought it from the builder 8 years ago. The Furnace started having issues 3 years ago and every year a new spare part has to be replaced. This year Jorge recommended us to buy a new furnace American Standard. We purchased the furnace and Jorge installed it in a couple of hours. He recommended this brand because he said is one of the best in the market and gave us 10 years of warranty. We trust Jorge because in the past he has given us excellent service and we are sure that in the future he will continue with the same quality in his work.

I have been with Long Life Heating & Air Conditioning for some time now and it is because they have employees like George and Adrian that provide a high level of service that is appreciated even more during difficult times like yesterday. George thank you for all your help, and might I add patience, in working with me to ensure my family had heat and hot water.
You guys are amazon!!!

In November 2013, my husband and I purchased called Jorge from Long Life Heating and AC to service the furnace in the home we had just moved into. We had previously hired Jorge for service of our furnace in our condo, with no issues.
He recommended installing a new furnace. As the existing one was around 15 year old, we felt this was reasonable and went ahead and purchased a new furnace from him. He included three years of annual service in the price. He installed the furnace, we paid, and that was that.
Fast-forward to this year. We called him for our annual service. He never answered his phone. We left countless voice and text messages, to no avail. Finally, we called from a number that he wouldn't recognise.... and we managed to talk to him! He agreed to come provide the annual maintenance the following week. I took the afternoon off, and he stood me up. He did not reply to our calls and text messages and didn't keep his word about either the appointment or the 3 year service included in the contract. This type of behaviour is utterly unprofessional - buyer beware!
