B Higgins Contracting

We had Brent from B Higgins Contracting come over and take a look at our water issues we were having in the basement. As soon as we walked downstairs and I showed him the area the water was leaking he knew right away what our problem was. Water was entering our block foundation and travelling down through the blocks and pooling at the bottom. He informed us that the best way to solve this problem was to excavate from the outside and patch up any cracks or re-do any mortar joints that have failed overtime. He drilled relief holes in the bottom blocks to help the water exit then patched them back up. He gave us a price and a start date and showed up on that exact date and the price never changed. We had two quotes but so happy that we chose bhiggins contracting as his knowledge and integrity is a rare find in the contracting business. Needless to say we have not had a water issue since. Would highly recommend them for quality work and honesty.

We retained B. Higgins Contracting to deal with my fathers leaking basement problems. Brent spend 45 minutes explaining the entire procedure, which truly put everyone at ease. One major concern with this job was, the gas line was running less that 1 foot away from the side wall. Brent reassured us that all would be hand dug for safety reason. Brent was extremely knowledgeable, started on the date promised, complete as scheduled, and the crew was so professional. The area was left with very little mess.
