Rob and Andre came on time. I am fussy and they were very good with me. They filled woodpecker holes, but also, without my noticing, placed a screen on an attic wall. I found them amiable, funny (a great trait) and did a very good job. I would recommend them highly compared to another company that wanted to charge an arm and leg for a mice removal job. I should have called Wild Life for that job as well.

A realtor friend recommended Wild Things as she had heard good things about the company. Internet reviews were excellent so I called and the owner Rob came out the next day. We live in a home built in 1908 with siding added in 2014. We have caught mice from time to time but this Spring we found a nest of 7 and a few mice running around the basement. Rob said that the problem would not go away unless the outside of the home was sealed which meant installing screens between the aluminum siding and the walls, screening vents and pipes, sealing up any holes and resealing the windows. It was not cheap but his quote was 50% less than a well-known competitor company who I feel used a scare-tactic saying that there could be hundreds of rodents in the walls of my home. Rob didn’t believe that. Rob and his staff arrived on time and it took 6 hours of work. One-way exit doors allowed mice to leave but not enter. Shockingly, Rob said I had rats, not mice! A week later, Rob came by and set up some traps for stragglers, and three weeks later, he removed the doors. Rob offers a 5-year guarantee in his work.

What an efficient company!!! I was in full panic mode when calling, after speaking with Rob I was assured they would take care of this for me. Chris came out, he had such patience with me. He tried his best to offer every option possible to remove the bird from our ducts safely and with the least amount of damage to our house. He had to eventually cut into our drywall because there was no ither options unfortunately. After a lengthly battle with the bird Chris was able to remove it for us in a very safe manner and ‘patch’ up our hole. At no point did Chris ever rush the process or pressure us, he was determined to solve this for us. I am very grateful for this company and would 100% recommend it!!!! THANK YOU WILD THINGS!!!

Rob and Chris came to my house, the same day I called, and helped move out a bunch of squirrels that had taken up residence in my home. They also repaired some things on my roof and eves to keep re-occurance from happening. A two year warranty and my house back to myself , makes me happy. I definitely recommend them.

Wild Things was an amazing company to work with. Their estimator and their installer were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was completed incredibly fast - within two days, and their estimator actually started the work when we decided to go ahead with the work that day - and they came back to check that the skunks were removed. Their work was clean and well done and actually improve the look of our porch area. We were incredibly impressed with their work and would certainly recommend them.

We live next to an environmentally protected area. Great for the view of the forest, but also gives all sort of creatures the opportunity to visit our home. We have received Shane's help several times throughout the past few years. The service has always been first-class. The problems are addressed quickly, efficiently and at very reasonable cost. We have also consistently received follow-up calls, ensuring the problem had also been taken care of long-term. Excellent company to hire for all kinds of animal control issues.

My fireplace technician noticed I had bats living in the exterior gas fireplace vent on the outside of the chimney of my condo. It is amazing when you discover that you have bats how many other people have had the same experiences. During my conversations, three different people recommended "Wild Things Wildlife Control", London, Ontario, and said they were extremely satisfied as their very large bat problems were taken care of immediately. Unlike the others, I knew I did not have a large infestation but I still wanted the bats removed. I made the call and did not have to wait long for Rob the owner, to drop by to assess my situation. He did a thorough inspection and determined where the bats were gaining access. He could see a bat inside the vent and he helped it fly out. He checked carefully and determined there were no more bats in the vent at the time, and caulked the area. He also noticed two areas around our air conditioner pipes that come into the house that could be a potential entry for mice, so he re-caulked these as well. I was so grateful. Rob told me if we have a bat re-occurrence to call and he will come back immediately.

As a note, when I started my research, the first company I called was "Bat Canada". As soon as I told the man I lived in a condo he abruptly told me he wasn’t interested in “doing condos”. That speaks volumes about this company’s customer service.

So, in summary, if you want to be treated like your business matters, no matter how big or small the problem and you want a knowledgeable professional who has very competitive prices, then call "Wild Things Wildlife Control"! I am telling all my friends and business associates what a pleasure it was doing business with this company. We had a mom with 3 babies in our chimney. Shane came out a removed the babies from the inside of our home. Waiting for mom to leave from 1-way door on top of chimney. The babies are waiting for her in a heated box. So impressed with the humane and gentle manner in which they do their work. Efficient. Totally impressed and highly recommend this company!!
