I called the company to repair a Bosch dishwasher. The technician came out and seemed to be puzzled as to how to proceed with repair. He said machine would have to be turned upside down. I paid for service call and was told office would provide quote. No receipt was provided, again I was told office would provide. Never received a quote, call back, nothing. Very unprofessional. recommend to not use their services. .

Repair lasted 60 days and they will not stand behind repair. Do not use HARGTA

My Landlord bought a brand new stackable washing machine/dryer from GE; the washing machine was not working. A call was placed to HAR GTA for repairs; the Technician David was relentless and determined to identify the issue; he never gave up and exhausted every possible attempts to get the washing machine operational. He was optimistic, professional and very efficient. I recommend HAR GTA!

I have never dealt with a worst company. They came and repaired our Frigidaire Professional freezer and charged us over $1000 in parts and labour. It wasn't fixed. I had to chase them for 6 months, without a working freezer during the pandemic when we worked from home and home schooled 4 kids. After legal threats they finally came back and fixed it. However it broke again within another 6 months and they are now saying there is no warranty on the parts or the labour and are attempting to charge us again to even look at it. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Recently had our fridge repaired and we are completely happy with the work done by the technicians who were thorough and transparent with what they were doing. They were also on time, every time.
Mostly, I like to thank Joanne, Customer Service, for her promptness in attending to our queries and requests. She is a delight to engage with, always friendly and professional, putting us at ease. Thanks very much Joanne.

Stove had problems: thermostat not functioning. They sent a repair person. He pulled it out a bit, stuck a tester in, said the stove was no good.
Never received a report from them. Never received a repair estimate.
They took my money and Ran!

I have my dishwasher supposed to be fixed one month ago can you imagine the kind of service they have !! Bad quality bad service bad customers standards and the call centre wants to urge with customers

Called them rather than DIY for a Wall oven that stopped heating!

They suggested repairs for 700.00, I followed up with my Multi meter and did not agree with their assessment.

I was able to fix the oven in 10 Minutes!

Im sure the technician could have done it also, had he taken the time to troubleshoot the issue.
Get a second opinion before spending large amount on repairs.

I lost money. Time and patience with them. Don't do it!

Don't waste your money! The company makes their money on the initial service call then quotes on unnecessary add-ons so you can't afford the follow up. Go to reputable companies who bring out professionals to assess the repair and then follow through.
