I got furnace and AC at the same time last year and it was free installation with monthly payments/subscription for 10 years. Then I'll own it. It was a about time to have done it.

I'm very satisfied with my high efficiency goodman furnace. The installation was done in a quick and friendly matter, the workers left no mess . I would recommend Eco energy to anyone looking to upgrade .

I was overall somewhat saitisfied with the sale, service and installation of our furnace. The furnace is made by "York" and works well and efficient. I would say the only issue is it is a little louder then we expected. The verbal sale of the item wasn't 100% accurate to the sales brochures and felt a little pressured by the sales person. The instillation was done within the timeline that was stated. The persons installing furnace although we're not that personable.

Satisfied with product; runs very smooth; no noice at all compare to my old furnace; now I can save money on gas; plus customer service always answer the calls very quickly;

Xxxxxxx company， DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM! They never tell truth and if u signed the contract, the price will dead u. Otherwise if u refuse to pay the huge amount, they glad to send u to their collection agency and hurt you credit. See, they have xxxxx sales first, also collection agency company too. They totally know they are xxxxxxx.

Bought this furnace approx 1 yr ago and required support. Called 3 times and no technician responded. Have 10 yr warranty on the product but is absolutely useless if they don't respond. Had to hire HVAC technician to resolve as the house was too cold for my 1 yr old baby.

Worst company i have ever dealt with, read the fine print folks, sure flexible buyout but you still get all interest tacked on like you were to make payments for 10 years. The put leans on your property service, making it difficult to simply get a loan from bank without this being removed. I have been given run around as to what i owe so i can pay it out, by a one Bianca, asked for english got someone with not very good english, hard to understand and the list goes on. Still havent received my balance on what i owe after a request by phone and fax, she was rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this company to anyone and am spreading the word. The are severly overpriced, dont tell you all facts, and are very misleading . Please be aware before signing on with this company. Further more if i do not receive a detailed account soon of what i owe to pay it, i will be having to seek a lawyer.......brutal service indeed

I have never had any issues with the water heater that was installed and since then we have had no trouble! Overall we are very pleased with the water heater we received from Eco Energy!
