Need A Plumber Canada

Called re hot water tanks resulted in having entire plumbing system checked with the end result of having many changes done. The tech was very thorough and to my knowledge did very professional work

Please be advised to not go with this company. Also known as ARO plumbing which works under the Need a Plumber Canada. He took 4 hours to unplug my sink and charged me $1000. A job that should of taken an hour and about $150. Not good.

Had plumber out, was able to show up on time and explained work required and pricing before proceeding, completed job in good time and explained how to use the hot water system to get the best performance out of it. Overall no complaints

Very prompt service after original contact. Next day. Tech arrived on time. Was clean and tidy in all his work. Had to carry his machine downstairs. Did with no complaints. Very pleasant experience

We had a clogged sink for quite awhile and then recently our toilet broke. We called and in the same week home stars arrived and fixed both problems quickly. The tech was honest and helpful.

ARO plumbing works under the NEED-A-PLUMBER banner. We recieved a verbal quote for $5000, job ended up being over $8000. There is a serious issue with the install and ARO returned to "fix" the problem(3-4 hours late), and made it worse. The second service call the guy didn't even show up(waiting another 4 hours), it's now day four that the company is aware of the issue and now we are now just hoping someone will spare some time and come by for the 20 minute fix so we can have drinkable water again. I guess there's just no money in warranty work. I've called on multiple occassions to speak with a manager, but the receptionist doesn't even know when or if he's in the office, and he does not return phone calls.

I was having problems with my 10 year old tank less water heater. After review we decided to replace it with a 50 gallon tank. Devin was the service tech. He was very professional and diligent with his work. The job required relocation of a water treatment system and removal of the old system. The work was very neat and tidy. Devin is a perfectionist and is not satisfied until the job looks good. After the install we discovered a leaking shower valve which he stayed to replace. I would definitely call this company for any future plumbing needs. Prices were a little high but I do not think out of line from any other company. You pay for what you get and I am very happy prices aside. Thank you Devin great job.
