Jet came by to replace our regulator valve and was cutweps and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to understand and while he let us decide for ourselves I really valued his opinion. Great service and will use this company in the future

So, to start the plumber took 5 and a half hours to install My tank. second, he was not upfront about the prices. he said everything was included in the price of the tank, this was not true. there is a charge of between $130-$190 for every pipe they touch not including the parts for replacement. the plumber did not have all his tools, so he had to use mine. then e cut off more pipe then he should have and charged me to replace a perfectly good shut off valve. Then he cooked the valve and had me use my torch to install the new valve because he was unable to do it. then he charged me for the installation I did. they in all charged me $1650 for a 40-gallon tank. when I called in about the issue. it took the manager more than a month to follow up on the issue, and in the process of trying to resolve the issue the manager "Richard" from the Calgary office started to yell at me over the phone. I implore you. Do not use this company you will be disappointed.

Ever since I moved into my new house my hot water hasn’t been sufficient even with it set at the hottest setting. I’ve only been in the house/ Calgary 1 week and I already couldn’t stand the crappy job my tank was doing. I called need a plumber and they had a tech come out and investigate my tank. He soon realized my gas valve was malfunctioning, and on top of that my tank had a minor crack. Brandon mentioned that we could process the whole tank for warranty rather then just replacing certain parts and running the risk of the tank fully cracking later down the road. i called for them to check my water heater. It was 7 years old. checking on warranty. after checking it out, was told it would be better to replace it. He was very good at explaining my options & prices, chose 40 gal. installed right away. i am happy with the result. Jette was courteous & professional. hope warranty works out.
