New Look Landscapes

In 2016, my fiance and I needed help in creating a hardscaped backyard and raised garden bed. We knew what we wanted but just didn't have the time or the patience to do it right! We found Ryan online after much searching (and after getting terribly high quotes and horror stories from other landscapers!). He came out to give us a quote and we knew right away he was our guy! Ryan and his team came out, delivered exactly what we were looking for, and completed the work ahead of schedule and on budget. We are really pleased with the result and love our backyard! Our Backyard was a Mess, our grading was poor, our grass was dead and our dogs had completely taken over. Not the kind of yard we wanted to spend much time in.

After having multiple companies out to quote our job we made the decision to bring on New look Landscapes to rejuvenate our backyard. Ryan was the most responsive and the most personable of the bunch. Combined with the very strong and positive reviews we made the easy decision to go with New Look Landscapes for this project. Right after our consultation we received a quote within 24 hours of him being here. He spent at least and hour chatting with us to understand exactly what we were looking to do, paying attention to the details and pointing out the good in our yard (even if we couldn't see it at that moment). Ryan and his crew provided us with a fresh look and corrected all of the issues we were experiencing. He built us a beautiful gate for our dog run, fixed the grading issues and even took his own time to fix our hard to open / stuck gate, which he didn't charge us for! Talk about a nice guy! They gave us irrigation along the side of our home to help dissipate water from our sump pump. Overall the grass installation and the quality of the workmanship was on point, we cant wait until the grass gets established! They were great to work with and we would highly recommend them. The team was always on time and communicated exceptionally well. He would lend his opinion and expertise to ensure the back yard was perfect. Awesome job guys! We wouldn't hesitate to go to New look for future projects and we cant wait to enjoy our back yard this summer!

I contacted Ryan based on the reviews here, they did a great job for us, built a deck and put in rocks in our front lawn. They spent two full days and cleaned up at the end of each day, They even cleaned my driveway and came back the 3rd day to just move some rocks around to make my yard look nice and make sure there's no nails left on the lawn. Ryan was able to accommodate all my last minute ideas as well. Now I can finally enjoy my backyard this summer. Thank you so much!

Ryan put in a new paved stone patio and a landing with stairs leading up to our patio door a few months ago. It looks great. He did the work fast and efficiently, and he was reliable and knowledgeable.

We chose New Look Landscapes based on the great reviews on HomeStars and on the fact that the quote was less than half of what another landscaping company would have charged us for this work. We had paid that other company for a drawing of our landscaping project and this drawing contained a measurement error - Ryan took full responsibility for not noticing this error until a good part of the work was done and for fixing it, which we appreciated.

We fully recommend New Look Landscape and are going to rehire them for the next phase of our project this summer.

Would highly recommend Ryan! He paved our front walkway and back patio in 2 days and did a spectacular job. Very conscientious and hardworking. He even called and asked if he could start 2 days earlier because of the upcoming rainy forecast. We now have a gorgeous new look for the exterior.

Ryan gave us good advice on what would look good. He put up with our changes and delays and did a fantastic job. We love our new patio, which slopes water away from the house. We also got 2 great looking garden beds, and he put a little brick wall around a window to help prevent flooding.
