Ryan and his crew do fantastic work. I would hire them for additional work without question. I have seen many retaining walls and fences and the work these gentlemen do is excellent.

I searched Homestars when I needed a professional landscaper that I could trust to produce quality work building my stone patio. After reviewing numerous possibilities, I selected New Look Landscapes and Ryan and his team exceeded my expectations. I also found him to be personable, helpful, meticulous, honest, knowledgeable, caring and customer focussed. I never had to chase him since he kept me informed throughout the process and he didn’t collect his fee until I was 100% satisfied.

My backyard (an embarrassing mess of weeds, ant hills, overgrown shrubs, half-dead bushes, and a playhouse and back step stuck in the middle of the side yard) was in desperate need of landscaping, but after a couple of absolutely horrible experiences with other contractors (painters, fencers) I was very, very apprehensive about hiring someone to fix it. However, after reading a review that described Ryan at New Look Landscapes as a ‘perfectionist’ I gave them a call. I am so glad I did – they absolutely transformed my yard!
Ryan sent me a quote the first day, communicated regularly throughout the process, and even checked in a couple of weeks after the job was completed to make sure I was still happy with the work they’d done. Ryan and his crew are exceptionally hard workers, made an amazing amount of progress each day, and actually completed the job ahead of schedule. The job site was cleaned up at the end of every day, and they were meticulous about every detail – no matter how small. Ryan treats his clients and his crew with respect, and they treat your yard as if it were their own. I am extremely pleased with the job they did and recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to hire a skilled landscaper who has integrity, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in a job well done.

Very happy I went with New Look Landscapes as Ryan made me comfortable from start to finish. At the estimate phase he really listened to what I wanted provided good suggestions that fit with my ideas. Ryan & crew always showed up when they said they would, and completed the job from start to finish without breaking away for other jobs. We wanted to start our backyard landscaping with a Patio and came across New Look Landscapes. Ryan, helped us with our layout and proceeded to produce an excellent patio and landing for us. We were looking to have underground sprinklers, a patio and some edging installed in our yard. New Look Landscapes caught our eye as they did all three of those items in house (a lot of landscaping Somoza Ira outsource their irrigation work and we didn't want this). We had an idea of what we wanted for a design but Ryan made some great suggestions that were even better than what we had originally planned. His quote was reasonable, he showed up on time and was done the work within a couple of weeks (we had some delay due to rain). He communicated very clearly and was always open to discussions (which I appreciated as I wanted to be involved). We would highly recommend him and will definitely use him next year for a few other ideas we have in our front yard!
