Hy-Pro Heating and Cooling

Furnace was constantly shutting down, making an odd sound the entire time. The team from Hy-Pro was called at 8am, arrived by 12 noon and had the problem fixed by 1pm. I was charged only the diagnostic fee which was already initially agreed to on the phone. I was kept up to date multiple times along the way from the admin staff on when they could be expected to arrive. Highly recommend this company and will be using them for any upcoming HVAC issues.

Our furnace started making a terrible noise one night in November and we had to turn it off. We looked into getting it repaired but in the long run buying a whole new unit was a better option. We shopped around a it and found Hy-Pro to have good reviews. They quoted us a good price for a brand new unit with installation. They also put us to the top of their priority list as we had no heat at all which meant they were here the very next day. Two gentlemen showed up and were very courteous and professional. They checked with us regularly during the install to update us on things they found and let us know what was going on. I would definitely recommend them for furnace repair/replacement.
