After a rough description of our needs, we received a quote within hours of our brief conversation. The quote was exactly in line with our expectations. The following week, one of their staff came and took specific measurements. He was on time and professional. A couple weeks later, the installers arrived on time and finished installation quicker than expected. Everything looks great! Exactly what we envisioned. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely use Vel in the future.
