Mike and his team were great to work with he gave me a qulte by phone and email and to my surprise did not change anything like the others he pointed out i had a mols issue but clearly stated i could call someone else to have them test it and i did and Mike was right i would recommend him and his company any day Thanks Mike hope your kids liked the cookies

We found The Demo Guys on the internet. Our inquiry was answered rapidly and we arranged for a quote. The team was able to start our job exactly when we wanted. Communication with the boss Mike was excellent. When I was not in the unit, he would send me pictures of progress every few hours. Messaging back and forth was easy to be sure we were on the same page. The interaction with our front desk was excellent, and because of Mike's personable approach, the concierge went out of his way to make things like elevator access easy. When a leak was seen from the balcony, and mould was uncovered in a bedroom corner, I was contacted right away with pictures I could provide the property manager to get repairs underway. We received five star service. The clean up was excellent. I would totally recommend The Demo Guys because condo demolition is highly challenging and they made it really straightforward. Thank you Mike, Mathew, and the team for a job well done.

Hi I had a pleasure working with Mike and his team right from the beginning mike worked with my budget I found them to be very trusting as there was money I had forgotten about in one of my bathroom vanitys Mike brought it to me right away I then went and got pizza for him and his crew they finished the job In what I believe to be a great timely manner 4 days I'm having mike back next wee to take down my existing porch I read the other reviews and I can't speak for others but based on my experience I would highly recommend them I took some of his cards to pass around

AVOID this company. They started out ok but kept telling me about problems they found--black mould, subfloor damage, and costs escalated and then I was told by my flooring person that the subfloor had been ok and they shouldn't have removed it and that the mould issue was easily fixable and not the big deal that they proclaimed it to be and charged me for. AND they made a HUGE mess, which they didn't clean up. They removed kitchen & bath plumbing but did not cap the pipes properly (used duct tape!) and caused a major leak into my downstairs bathroom and furnace room as the main water shutoff valve didn't close completely. Destroyed my shop vac (lost a wheel and broke the hose which they tried to fix with duct tape) trying to clean up the water on the floor. They promised to repair the damage they caused, and started to do that, but never finished it. Didn't cover ducts/cold air returns when removing subfloor and as a result, a lot of debris went into my furnace, and burned out my blower motor and another motor, which cost me a lot of money to repair. They also scratched my stove and destroyed my 3 year old Bosch dishwasher when removing it from the kitchen, and denied doing it. Dishwasher was badly scratched and door was bent so the dishwasher wouldn't open or close properly (jammed). Had to buy a new one. He kept pestering me to pay up front asking for money for gas, for example (how can you do business if you can't afford gas to get to your jobs?) and then had all kinds of excuses for not coming to complete the work I paid for. Never returned my house key, so had to change the lock. He said he would refund me for some of the money, kept saying it was e-transferred but it didn't happen. Mike got a 2nd bin delivered to my house (I paid for the first one) and the guy who owned the bin called me--he couldn't collect the $300 owed by The Demo Guys. And I am out of pocket a lot of money and the job that was initially to cost about $3,00o cost me $10,000. And unfortunately, I was dumb enough to pay for the work before it was completed, which is my own faultVERY unhappy with this company and would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone. Have heard other horror stories since (crowbar through someone's stove door, for example) AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I called Demo Guys, they came and looked at what needed to be done and gave an estimate that worked with my budget. They were very professional and friendly. I was very pleased with the way things were done and in a timely manor. I will Definately recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Mike & Crew

Demo Guys volunteered their time and tools to take down a 2 story lrg garage after it was set on fire by arson on my property.. Awesome guys! Punctual, quick and professional! I'd have been lost without them!!!! Thx Demo Guys!!

Mike was thorough in following up to schedule a date that worked with our plans.
The customer service was great. Job turned into a much bigger demo than anticipated.
There were some interruptions in timeline however the job was completed in time for the tile installation.
I would recommend The Demo Guys.

Mike was very professional from the time he took my call he cam and gave a great estimate took photos and was willing to work with my budget his crew arrived and did a fantastic job he definitley will receive my praise in his work and efforts and they did remove the bin

They were great! They came in a did a whole house Demo. Carpets walls ceramic. Did everything all the way down to studs. When they were finished they left everything clean. They were very well mared and I would and will recommend them to family\ friends.
