I recently hired JDA Home Solutions to add a shower onto my main floor powder room. From the initial consultation to the final inspection JDA Home Solutions was there communicating every step of the way - superior workmanship completed on time. When there were choices to be made regarding finishes, JDA was transparent about cost of each upgrade. I appreciated this so we could weigh out our options.
During the week long renovation, JDA was careful to protect the walls and the room. He took great pains to match the existing ceiling border, with the result looking like the bump out for the shower always existed.
Their prices were more than fair and you can see the care JDA took to ensure the reno was to our liking. The end result is even better than we expected. I will not hesitate to contact JDA Home Solutions next time I need anything done.

He does excellent work with superior craftsmanship . Very clean at the site and If there is an issue or question, he responds immediately and resolves any issues ASAP. Works on Saturday and early mornings.

The only thing I would be careful/cautious are the things which he has to contract out. The shower glass install person (which was contracted out) was sloppy and had to come back. The chalking job the glass install person did was not as good as himself. The contractor lost him one star.

It was a pleasure to have Jonluca renovate the bathroom.
He took extra care to ensure all surfaces were protected while the scope of work was being complete and cleaned up beautifully .

Jonluca responded to my request for a contractor to build a set of stairs in our garage that would connect the ground floor to the loft storage area.
We were impressed with how prompt he was in responding and with his communication with us throughout.
He made arrangements to come and see the space and arrived on time, plus sent a message ahead of time to confirm his arrival.
He was able to start the job quickly and worked hard to finish it in short order. The work was professional and well done.

The project: build a standing shower.
After taking 6 quotes, we decided to go with JDA for a number of reasons:
- price was fair: not too cheap (to the point where I worry about the kind of work that will get done) and not too expensive (some guys priced me some surrreal proces)
- time to start was within what we were looking for
- Jonluca had described in detail what he would do, how he would do it, and had good suggestions (what finish to chose, where to go for tiles, etc) that I ended up taking. I was not sorry I did.

The communication was excellent, I really apprciated the transparecny, if there were some small issues he disclosed them upfront before starting to work on them, so I knew what to expect. He came on time, every day, stayed late, and he finished the project at the time he said he will finish. Cleaned up after, and best of all, the shower looks fantastic, a very nice and clean execution. Scope increased a bit throughout the work but the additional cost was in line with what I would expect, relative to the cost of the project.
