Peaks & Plateaus Roofing

After a storm, I lost a few shingles and the overall horrible quality of the previous shingles began to show. Roofers were booked solid and would often not show up for estimates or return phone calls. Peaks always did. They gave me a thorough estimate and timeline. Even offered to repair the missing shingles until they could do the job. They helped me decided on a colour and determine the best shingles for our needs/environment. They were quiet and courteous while they were here. A year later, my roof still looks great. No complaints. Would 100% recommend.

Recently had my Cottage Roof replaced by Peaks and Plateaus Roofing .
Erik was a pleasure to deal with. His team did a great job with the tear out and re roof in less than ideal conditions ( mid December with lots of snow to deal with). When finished they cleaned up and left our property in great shape.

We knew we had to get a new roof, but were in no rush. Over a one year period we'd had 7 estimates that ranged $10,000 in difference from lowest to highest estimate on a apple to apple comparison. Besides that sometimes you just don't get a comfortable feeling you want to deal with some roofers especially at the low end of the price spectrum. Then came Erik from Peaks and Plateaus. Young guy, but seemed to have a wealth of understanding about roofs and lots of advice that actually reduced the price on the work needed to be done. They weren't the lowest price but fell into the low end of the mid range and included a couple of replacement skylights. They worked long days and every night I got home from work I was amazed how much a crew of 3 (including Erik) was able to accomplish. Their workmanship was excellent and I can't say how happy I was with their professional demeanour around our home. The job site was well organized and neat and every evening they tidied up. At the end of the week you wouldn't have known they were even here. The house looked like a million bucks with the new roof. To attest to their extraordinary customer service we did have a small problem with one of our cupolas, but they were there the next morning to fix the problem. It was a pleasure dealing with Peaks and Plateaus and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Erik has excellent customer service skills very respectful, always reliable, workmanship was excellent, clean up was done every day. cleans out eave troughs too.
I would refer him to anyone 100%.

We arrived at our cottage one Friday evening to find multiple pools of water on the floor and water damage to our drywall, obviously from the leaking roof. We called Erik at Peaks and Plateaus the next morning and he was able to come over that day and gave us a number of options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Once we agreed on our option, he was able to provide us with a very detailed quote. Our roof was done within the week :)
We were very happy with his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to others.
