The painter did a professional job. However, we were told to purchase twice as much paint as required and the job took 4 hours rather than the minimum of 9 hours billed (we were unaware there was a minimum). I complained to the manager that had we known we had the painter for 9 hours, we would have used the remaining time and paint to do another room. The manager said when they had a painter in our area, he would send him over. That was several months ago and the service promised has not been delivered.

When you called in to complain the first time I returned your call ASAP and asked what you would like us to do to make things right for you. I offered exactly what you asked for without hesitation. Once again, I am truly sorry I forgot to schedule this. Please give me a call when you get back into the country and we will do a professional job for you once again in a room of your choosing.
