Tom Long of Purisoft, answered my online request for information on a new water softener.
He installed it today. He is a pleasant, knowledgable and efficient rep/technician for Purisoft. He arrived on time, was quick and tidy and we were impressed by this service we received.
The new water softener is exactly what we were looking for: more efficient, digital, compact and has more features to solve our very hard, chlorinated water!
