Instsalled Maxxmar blinds for whole 2nd floor and sliding door to backyard
Sales process: Sam is very thorough and one of the only sales people I've ever met that genuinely cares about what they are selling; he's not just looking to make a sale. He explained everything in extreme detail (based on your family's needs, home, budget, and gives you the proper recommendations). He also explained to us the pros and cons of each and why some customers choose certain items and others wouldn't. My husband was at the store initially, but he also made a house call and brought with him miniature versions of the actual blinds so I could see and choose colors in the actual rooms the blinds will be in. He pointed out things like wall color is easier to change than blinds so best to pick a color that goes with your style.
Installation: Told us the blinds will be ready in 2 weeks (custom sized), came to install them to the day. We had 2 of the 6 windows' blinds motorized and he showed us the mechanisms and charging etc. Installation was clean, professional, thorough, no issues whatsoever.
Price: very reasonable considering the quality and service.
All in all, Smart blinds was fantastic for us. Sam is the owner - he's down to earth, and very good to work with.
