We were introduced to Lucky Granite by our next door neighbors. They had us over and we admired their kitchen for an evening. Finally we decided to take the plunge and we were very happy with their customer service, their pricing was fair and the final product is great also! We did a more expensive and beautiful showpiece granite on the island with a more muted (matte) granite on the surrounding countertops. The cheaper granite selection does scuff much easier and is harder to clean, but overall it's a vast improvement to what we had before and looks terrific. During the install, cutting the holes for the sink faucet and tap generated a ton of dust and their vacuum didn't catch it all... so there was a fine layer of dust on everything for days after. It could've been a problem with their capture system IDK but that's the only reason we considered 9 stars over 10. Truthfully, we were so in love with our new countertops the extra cleaning didn't concern us overly, but it could be a contention for some customers. Vivian and Vanesa were so friendly, truly amazing and very helpful with selection and design... we could not have asked for a better experience from them.

We are very pleased with the service that Lucky Granite provided. Vivian was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of our questions. They are true to their word that the job would be completed in less that a week, from picking our counter top,to measuring and installing. All was a very pleasant experience. All the service people were respectful and very professional. If we ever decide to do anymore Renos of this nature Lucky granite would be our first call.

They were highly recommended with good cause as the staff was very friendly & so helpful! The quality of there work was amazing & the installers worked quickly & left leaving everything clean & tidy!! I would have given more stars if they had offered them!

Lucky Granite has been a integral part of our higher end renovations. Their workmanship and installation team has always completed every project ahead of our expectations. Their turnaround time for fabrication and installation is outstanding and one that I have not seen others come close to meeting. Very accommodating since we live 40 minutes from Calgary they measured and installed the bar top in less than a week very professional.

They were very fast and accommodating. Everything looks great. But their install does not include plumbing services (to reconnect the kitchen faucet etc.).
