we had initial assessment from Galo. He provided us a very thorough breakdown and answered many of our questions. His competitors had quoted us almost double and some high end basement reno folks quoted us 4-5x of the price quoted by Galo. Galo and his crew came on time and did an amazing job on the demolition and clean up. He came back a day after work and went over the work with us and his findings. Overall, very satisfied with the work and would recommend the company for anyone.

After reviewing many company profiles on HomeStars, I decided to contact Giardi Inc. in Brampton. I appreciated their no job is too small attitude. Galo came out to my house in North York and provided a visual assessment and free written estimate on removing plaster walls and ceilings, and disposal. The price was very reasonable and the project was scheduled around my timelines. Their work was outstanding and went beyond the initial job. Galo and his crew also removed some asbestos tiles, granite tiles, attic insulation, wood paneling, carpet and cardboard. Their attention to detail and clean up left me feeling extremely satisfied and happy that I choose Giardi. They are honest and professional people which are sometimes rare in business. I noticed mould in my laundry after we started noticing a weird smell in the laundry room and start noticing some mould growth on the baseboard. I called GIARDI and they came the next day to do a free visual assessment and Galo suggested all our options and best way to remove the mould. Galo and his crew were very helpful all throughout. They removed the mould and I was very satisfied with their work. I will recommend GIARDI everytime.

GIARDI assisted in the renovation of our home when we came across a couple areas that looked like it could be asbestos containing. They came and did a free assessment. They then removed the containing areas. They were very knowledgeable and great working with our schedule.

I had a 30 square foot ceiling in my bathroom and the insulation on top of it that I needed removed in a safe manner because I wasn't sure if the plaster had any asbestos in it. After being told that the job was too small or being quoted some ridiculous prices for such a small job from a few companies, I gave Giardi Inc. a call.

Carlos was easy to talk to and very empathetic about my situation, he gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule the job within two days. Galo the co-owner, and Karol the remediation specialist came out to do the job. They sealed off the work area, hooked up the negative air machine, got to work and were done within 2 hours. They wet wiped and sprayed everything, then put all of the debris into asbestos disposal waste bags and very carefully took them out, then they did a final cleaning with a special HEPA vacuum.

I love to see professionals at work, and not only does Giardi Inc. provide a professional service and results, they are punctual, courteous, clean, thorough and knowledgeable experts.

Ricardo and his team was very professional and efficient in removing the old insulation from our attic. They finished on schedule and performed air quality tests that gave us complete comfort when moving back into the home. The price was also very reasonable. We would recommend him.
