We are enjoying our new home. Despite that it is a skinny home, it has a great layout and the finishings are of good quality. We also got a credit for the appliances and for the air conditioning. After the house inspection, we were not happy with the placement of the roughed-in shower/tub in the basement so the builder paid for a portion of the cost to move the shower placement in the basement.
