addition to house

I hired Samson homes in 2012 to add a garage and bedroom on to my house. They took care of every aspect of the job from foundation to roofing. The project was done on time and on budget, with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Samson homes for any new home construction or renovation.

Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I had Samson Homes renovate my kitchen and bathroom in my Surrey condo and I was very pleased with the end result. I wasn't sure what I wanted but they helped me with the design and choosing materials, products, and colours. Although they were not the cheapest of the quotes I received I was glad that I went with them as they were recommended by a friend and proved to be a good choice. I plan on using them again when I decide to renovate my other bathroom.
I would recommend Samson Homes to anyone needing renovation work as they were very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done and what did not.

complete renovation

Samson Homes undertook a major renovation of my home in 2009. They worked with competence and professionalism. When issues arose as they invariably do, Davin was able to provide solutions and resolve issues in a fair manner. I was particularly impressed with Davin,s good rapport with the local building inspectors in seeing that the project succeeded with a finalized building permit. I would not hesitate to use Samson Homes again and I offer a strongly positive referral.
