This organisation is awful. They are rude and unreliable. They refuse to work on their system when there is a balance owing on the contact from the previous owner. they leave you in a situation where prior owners receive notifications on their phones from your cameras.

do not use these guys.

For the amount agreed upon I received the wrong equipment and after some investigating I discovered all products branded as ARSO are in fact chinese-made, non CAS approved, and overall a total loss of $8,700 after waiting in excess of 9 months waiting for my equipment to be replaced and activated to be met with no follow up from the chubby Persian man who sold all this to me.

I needed someone who can take care of all smart home technology in my home, as I had no idea and I am kinda a technophobe. ARSO was so helpful and kind with us. We got 4 camera zones, with a few zones of smart lighting and 3 in-ceiling speakers for individual audio control.
They also replaced our existing thermostat with a smart one, that also connected to our Amazon Alexa! Now I just tell Alexa what to do and she does it for me! Life can't be easier than this!

ARSO automated 10 lighting zones, 4 audio zones, and set up 3 tv location.
We were very satisfy with the quality of work that was done, they are team of polite and kind professionals, who were also amazingly helpful at our consultation session in terms of devises and brands that we could use and features to add on in compare to the ones that were not that useful and necessary to have so we could save on cost.
