ReImagine Builders

We recently had our basement finished by ReImagine Builders and had we are very pleased with the whole experience.

We got estimates from several companies before deciding on ReImagine, and it was very clear from the start that they were the best choice for us. Several companies came in and gave us quotes without even measuring the basement or asking what type of finishes we were thinking about or providing us with any idea of what type of finishes their quotes included. Another company gave us an elaborate sales pitch, but seemed reluctant to allow us to provide out own materials if their suppliers couldn't provide them. They also spoke negatively about their competitors which we found to be very unprofessional.

Bo came over to look at our basement and gave us a thourough breakdown of their standard basement package, and a good idea of what the upgrades we were looking at would cost. He had no problems with us supplying some of the materials after checking with his supplier if they were able to provide them (we had very specific ideas of what lighting fixtures and tiles we wanted in the bathroom), and gave us his honest opinion about different options we were considering and where to spend and save. He was able to come back a second time so that we could ask him more questions, and we were able to make several changes to the estimate until we were happy with everything!

Peggy and Kloe were excellent to work with and managed the schedule perfectly throughout the entire project. All the contractors were great and the neighbours even commented that you couldn't even tell renovations were taking place because all the materials and garbage were taken directly into and out of the basement and hauled away without needing to use any kind of dumpster or staging area outside of the house. The floors from the front door to the basement stayed covered and protected throughout the entire project, and everything was cleaned up after every stage of the project.

The new basement is wonderful, and finished to a very high standard. If we had any issues, I am confident that ReImagine would do what was needed to resolve it.

We are very pleased that we chose ReImagine to finish our basement, and would have no hesitation at all to recommend them to anyone looking to finish their space!
