My first experience was 10 years ago when A Smart Roof replaced the entire roof. Service and quality were excellent. My current house has an older roof and this crew has been out 3 times for repairs: once for a leak, and twice after the last two ice and wind storms. Each time I have been prepared to have a new roof installed, but each time Al has said that the repairs would be sufficient and so much cheaper than a new roof. The shingles are in good shape: it was the original install by an unknown company that has been at fault. The response time from A Smart Roof in all cases has been literally within hours, the price reasonable and I wouldn't even consider taking my business anywhere else.

After the wind storm early last month, groups of shingles flew off my roof. After a little research on here, I sent out some requests. Caroline from A Smart Roof called back quickly & had someone available within hours to fix my roof. Al showed up, patched up all the damaged areas, finished quickly and left a neat job. He even came out another day, free of charge and gave me some advice on what I should do in the future with the roof. Unheard of customer service. These guys go above & beyond to help out their customers. I have already recommended them & will continue to use them for all my roofing jobs.

Al and his crew replaced our aging house roof in late September of 2017. He and Caroline were very professional, responsive, and answered all our questions/concerns. They were focused on helping us and did not try to increase the price during discussions of the work that would take place which included new vents and repairing some sagging support beams - instead suggesting ways we could save and along the way while not compromising on quality or safety. During the actual work Al and his crew were professional, tidy, and swept up afterwards both ours and our neighbours driveways which was very much appreciated. I am very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend this company.

During the recent wind storm, we lost several shingles and were referred to Carolyn from a co-worker who had recently used their services. Our house is a 3-story house which makes it more difficult for roofing services, and I appreciated that the team did proper prep/reviewed google map and photos to ensure they could do the repair. Al and his team came right away the next morning and did a great job. They were friendly and efficient, and ended up helping a few of our neighbors with their repairs as well.

Large area of shingles were blown away after 90KM/h wind, my colleagues refer Carolyn's contact to me. I have emailed her in the morning, Allan and crew show up in few hours and repaired all the missing shingles with 100% matched colour. I have very satisfied with their service, very quick response. I was at work whole day, Carolyn, Allan and crew providing status update everytime when I ask through text message. The crew not just promised for their service(On Time) and also work "Smart"(via technology to communicate). Definity will recommended to anyone.

Smart Roof Ltd. was the first company who responded to my roof repairing request yesterday (April 4, 2018) and sent the crew over on the next morning. Everything was done profressionally and nicely. Highly recommend to people who are looking for a reliable contractor​s and good quality of work.

I have a larger home and not only was the price better than my other quotes but I was totally satisfied with the job done by Allan and his crew. They are polite and professional. The roof was done on the day Allan said it would be, and they were in and out in less than a day. I was very satisfied with the quality of the shingles, as recommended by Allan and the colour was a perfect match for my home. There was not a shingle or a nail left behind when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company, use them with confidence!
