From the initial meeting to discuss our needs to the cataloguing and photographing of all the items we wanted to auction, we were thoroughly impressed by their friendly manner, professionalism, organizational skills, and kindness. Downsizing can be somewhat traumatic. After the auction, Simply Home took care of the pickup of all the items sold and ensured that everything not sold was also removed from our home, after ensuring that we did not want to retain any of it. We received a cheque for the proceeds of the auction promptly. All in all, Simply Home Downsizing is the ideal in what you want from this type of company. They made us feel important and answered all our questions, regardless of how many times we called. Again, a very satisfying experience which we have already shared with several of our family and friends.
