Rosalind was a great help to me in my recent sale of a detached home, that required decluttering and staging. Her assistance began with a consultation outlining exactly what items needed to be thinned, removed, stored and what items could remain in the home for further staging. Her creative eye made the best use of the clients existing furniture and accessories, while selectively adding key staging pieces to elevate the homes style and appeal to buyers. There was one room in the home that required more extensive staging through the rental of furniture, side and end tables. This listing went on to sell for $180,000 over asking price. The sellers were elated and they have now asked Rosalind to help them decorate their new home.
